To use Agapay, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Home Address
• Gender
• Family Role (for evacuation planning)
• Email Address
• Date of Birth
• Emergency Contact Person & Number (required)
• Medical Information / Special Assistance (optional)

You confirm that the information you provide is true, correct, and up to date.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal information you provide will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012.

3.1 How We Use Your Data:

• To create and manage your account.
• To help you create and share evacuation plans.
• To communicate important safety alerts and updates.
• To improve our services and features.

3.2 Data Sharing:

• Authorized government disaster response agencies (e.g., QCDRRMO, NDRRMC) for emergency purposes.
• Other individuals only when you choose to share your evacuation plan with them.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid uploading harmful, false, or misleading information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

Agapay is a tool for disaster preparedness. We do not guarantee that your evacuation plan will prevent harm or loss during an emergency. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
